Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-4 business days. You'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking once your order is on the way.

Shipping Methods & Rates

We offer standard U.S. shipping on all orders. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and weight of your order. Orders over $75 ship FREE!

Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the U.S. only. No international shipping at this time.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your package is handed off to the carrier, we are not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen items. Please reach out to the shipping carrier first with your tracking number. Still stuck? Email us and we'll do our best to help!

Local Delivery or Pickup 

Local pickup is available in Washington/Goldsby area. We'll email you when your order is ready!
