Refund policy

We hope you love every piece you receive from Quisenberry’s! If something isn’t quite right, we are happy to offer store credit only for eligible returns.

Return Eligibility:

• Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery or purchase

• Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached

• Items must be free of makeup, deodorant, perfume, pet hair, and stains

Non-Returnable Items:

• All sale or discounted items

• Swimwear

• Bodysuits

• Accessories

• Gift cards

Return Process:

To start a return, please email us at reesequisenberrys@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we will send you a return label.

After we receive and inspect the item, your store credit will be issued via email and can be used online or at future Quisenberry’s events.
